| Well as usual, I bit off more than I should have and ended up cutting almost four miles of the route. So I didn't end up with a metric, but the way I felt, I'll take the almost 59 miles, for the day. The bridge in the photo was closed to cars, so it was nice crossing it, without them. On the 62, 75 mile rides, these are most of the best views. The longer rides go this way too, but the shorter ones miss them. |

59 miles is more than enough riding for one day. Personally, I very often look for early bailouts in very long rides.
One thing beats pizza after a ride. Washing it down with cold beer. Or two.
