Thursday Night Ride

This was my first ride in almost two weeks, that's how bad the weather has sucked around here.A big rain storm with heavy winds blew through here last night and this morning, cleaning the roads of sand and salt. That meant I didn't need to clean my bike when I was done today.

This was also the last chance I got to ride in January, which allowed me to beat my total miles from last January. That's one of my goals this year, to ride more in each month than last year.

NBW Barrington Ride

John & I started the club ride at 10:00, I needed to get done early, so I could get to my son's house, down the Cape.It was warm today, temps in the 50's, but real windy. A couple of times I thought I might get blown over. I'd take it any day over the cold though.

NBW Narragansett Indian Ride

Saturday, John and I decided to do the club ride. The weather wasn't the best, but we got out and rode. This was also the first time I got to use my GoPro 3 camera. I mounted it to my helmet, because I haven't installed the mounts on my bike yet. As soon as I edit the video, I'll post a link in this post.

Thursday Night Ride

How could I not ride today? It was 45 degree's out with sunny skies and little wind. It almost felt like an early spring day. I even made it back, without having to turn my head lights on. Day light is starting to get longer. Sweet!

NBW Taunton/Norton Ride

Only about a dozen of us showed for today's ride. The light snow that fell over night must have scared people off, too bad, it was nice and warm out.

NBW New Years Day Ride

Our hosts for the ride, Janice & Billy.

President & treasurer in deep conversation.

About forty of us showed up for the annual club ride today. It was 38 degree's at the start, cloudy and windy. By the time I bailed at mile 17, it was 34 degree's and the wind was getting worse.

Almost time to start, are we crazy?
