Christmas

Barbara's dad, Dennis.

Christmas day was a lot more calmer, but I did drive up to Boston and back, twice, to pick up and drop off my mother.

Christmas Eve

My mother opening gifts.

My sister Mary and her husband Tom.

My sister Nancy and her husband Maury discussing strategy during the Yankee swap.

I stopped over briefly at Barbara's fathers house before I headed up to Lowell to my nieces house. I didn't get home until 11:45 that night. I was zapped from all the driving.

Tiffany's Snowman Cakes

Tiffany went into a baking frenzy right before Christmas and made two snowman cakes and a killer cheesecake.

Snow Storm

These photo's were taken two days after the storm.

This storm came the evening of the 19th and we ended up with almost 2 feet of snow. Luckily it was the light stuff so the plowing and shoveling wasn't too bad.

Early Christmas

Jay and Jennifer.
Brandi and Thomas with Bella looking for scraps.

Having a large family makes it difficult for all of us to get together during the holidays. My son Thomas was heading to Virgina with Brandi so they could be with her family on Christmas and my daughter Jennifer was going to be with Jay's family on Christmas. So we got together on the 19th to exchange gifts at Barbara's house.

American Legion Post 79 Christmas Dinner

Last night was the Fierlit-Korzen Post 79 Christmas party. It was held at the Vineyard in South Attleboro. The food was great and it's always nice to spend some time with our older veterans.

After Work Loop

A lot of flooding from all the rain we've had.

My plan to do 20 miles last night didn't pan out. My legs felt lousy so I broke it off at 10 miles.

Kelly and Tiffany.
Tim and Mike.

Barbara and I.

The chearleaders were in their festive garb.

I don't think we'll be hanging one of these this year.

There's always one nut case that takes his clothes off for the game.

We went to the Pats game yesterday and had a great time. It wasn't one of their better games but at least they won.

Storms A Brewing

We're being hit by this right now. Don't know how much snow we'll get before it turns to rain.

After Work Loop

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. NOT!

Lots of Christmas displays out there.

What a great night for a ride, there was no wind to deal with for once. It was 38 degree's when I started and 29 degree's when I finished, 20.5 miles later. I didn't feel the cold at all, so I was surprised to see how much the temp. fell. I also got a chance to try out my new rear tail lights. They got a lot of attention from cars going by me, which is the idea.
