NBW Diamond Hill Ride #1

Four miles into the ride,I was soaked in sweat.
Charles river.
I easily saw 50 riders out there today.

State prison in Norfolk.

Last rest stop of the day.
Today's ride allowed me to reach a few bench marks since I hurt my back a year and a half ago. I logged over 100 miles for the week,I rode six days in a row and today's ride was the longest I've rode in over a year and a half. Let me tell you, today's ride was not easy for me, it had a bit of climbing and by the time I was finished, I felt like I rode a century instead of 48 miles. Now it's time to rest a day or two.

Hey Paul! Today was a great day to ride. My routine loops include the roads around Diamond Hill and the reservoir. Anyway, I am riding...just not blogging...time issues! Blogging vs riding? No brainer to me...a ride will win out every time!
