Monday Night Ride

 Everything was perfect today for a nice ride after work. It was 77 degrees out,bright sun and no wind. I couldn't have asked for a better day,except one thing was wrong. I felt like you know what, I was sore all over and I had to force myself to do the few miles I did. Oh well, hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Saturday Ride With John

John and I got a nice ride in today. We started from Barbara's house and 5 miles later we joined up with tomorrows club ride. We ended up doing 20 miles of that ride, then headed back. We were hoping the sun would burn the clouds off, but it never did.
