Ok, I know I'm a day early, but I won't be near my computer tomorrow so I need to post this today. I think I've finished up buying, the last of the items I need to overhaul my bike this Winter. New cables and housings are very important if you want your bike to shift and stop properly. My favorite manufacturer is Jagwire for these items. I'm going with their Ripcord series this time. South Coastal Ride

Heading southeast on the path.

We hit the head wind on this road big time.

In Galilee near the ferry to Block island.

The wind was behind us riding along the beaches,sweet!

Back on the path heading northwest.

Local artists are allowed to paint murals here.

 John and I were able to get a ride in today and the weather was half way decent,except for the wind. We did a nice easy ride along the beaches and took in most of the bike path.
