I decided to head further south yesterday for my after work ride. It took me into Seekonk and then I headed west and further into Seekonk. I ended up with 23 miles for the day.

NBW Tom & Pats Ride
The foliage is really starting to turn color now.
I didn't know we were going to see all this wild game on the ride.
This is near the beginning of the ride going past Johnson's pond.
Lot's of farms on the ride.John and I decided to do this ride instead of the scheduled NBW ride Sunday. It looked like it was going to be a beautiful day to ride, the rain moved out over night and the sun was out at the start, NOT! The clouds moved back in soon after we started and remained with us through out the ride. This is a hilly ride and I wanted to see how my legs felt, I had no pain which was a good sign, maybe I'm getting used to those BP med's. We ended up with 48 miles for the day.
