| Today John and I had the chance to do a ride together,so we decided on this one. It's pretty flat and has some great scenery. The only problem was,we might get rained on by the end of the ride. |

| We started out and I knew I was in trouble by the way my legs felt,sore. I pushed it pretty good Thursday night and I was still feeling it today. I had to suck it up though,if john can ride with one good knee, I should be able to stick it out. |

| We took a few more breaks than normal, during the first half of the ride and by the last half,I was feeling much better. |

| Would you believe we made it back without getting rained on?Those clouds looked awful menacing all day long. |
