Barbara and Tiffany joined me for the beginning of my ride Sunday. They ended up doing 12 miles and I did 31. The wind really picked up later in the day and my last 10 miles had a head wind, which always sucks.

Spinning Class
I went Saturday morning for a class. I didn't like the instructor at all, her class didn't have the benifits I'm looking for to help my outside riding.
