| Yep, that's John, back on his bike after his second knee replacement on the same leg. Looks like this one is a keeper, his form is already way better than before this last surgery. We took a nice easy ride on the bike path and he got 10 miles in. I think I'll have my riding bud back in no time. |

| After I rode with John, I headed over and joined up with the club ride and did the short loop. This ride is a killer with all the hills. |

| It was nice to see some of the roads got resurfaced, some of them were getting pretty bad on this loop. |
