Last night was my first visit for PT. I've been giving 7 stretching exercises to do twice a day and can resume my bike riding as long as I keep the climbing to a minimum and don't stand while pedaling. Part of the reason I wasn't getting better on my own, were two of the stretching exercises I was doing, they were aggravating the nerve that's inflamed. I'm not to do any hamstring stretching until I'm all better.
