Tuesday Night Ride

Another great day for a ride and another big improvement. Zero pain tonight and I'm feeling a lot more comfortable on the bike. Since my shot,I'm seeing a pretty good increase in my average mph stats. That makes me very happy because it's proof that I'm feeling better.
