 Boy was I stiff at the beginning of this ride, it took about 5 miles before I felt good. I pushed it the rest of the way and got a pretty good mph average in for me.

NBW Northern Country Fifty

 I knew this was going to be a hard ride for me,lots of hills. I also shouldn't have done all that yard work yesterday,my legs were still sore this morning when I got up.Those two conditions equaled me bailing out after doing the 18 mile loop,I was toast! Oh well,on to the next ride.

 This was my recovery ride from Sundays spin in Tiverton. I felt a little stiff at the beginning of the ride, but improved as the ride went on. Overall I'm happy with the stats.

 It was 93 degree's at the start of tonight's ride,just the way I like it.I wanted to get another ride in because I have PT tomorrow and won't be able to ride. I felt great again,a little surprised, because I pushed it yesterday and thought I might feel it today.

Tuesday Night Ride

Another great day for a ride and another big improvement. Zero pain tonight and I'm feeling a lot more comfortable on the bike. Since my shot,I'm seeing a pretty good increase in my average mph stats. That makes me very happy because it's proof that I'm feeling better.
