I stuck to the main roads so they would be clear of ice.
Start and Finish.I finally attempted a ride since I hurt my back six weeks ago. Needless to say it was a pretty sad display of riding,I got 8 miles in and I was shot. I have no strength in my legs so it will take a while to build them up. Now I wait to see how my back reacts to the ride.
