| It's been almost five weeks since I've rode my bike, pretty lame huh? Between family issues, vacation and just feeling like a lazy slug, I've had no ambition to ride. Well it's time to get back in the saddle and I started with today's ride. Of course you know my legs felt like crap but as the ride went on, I did start to feel better. |

| It's been two years since we were promised a national event here in New England and the time has come. Plenty of upgrades have been completed and more are to come over the next few years. Dennis and I have been going to Epping since we were in high school and we've seen some killer events there. This one though, will be epic and we can't wait to get there. A large group of us are heading up there Friday to catch all the action and get our fill of Nitro. If you can't be there, the next best thing is watching it on ESPN2. |
