John's New Knee

I went down to Wakefield last night after work, to visit John in the hospital. He needed to have knee replacement surgery. It was an old injury from many years ago that finally got the better of him. If all goes well, he'll only be in the hospital a few days, before he heads home for rehab. Knowing John, it won't be long before his butt is back on his bicycle logging lots of miles.

My leg was really bothering me at work today, but I still decided to go for a short ride. This is really getting old,I hope my back gets better soon.
