John and I got a chance to do the club ride today.There were plenty of riders and we had a chance to talk to some members we haven't seen in a while. The second half of the ride became very windy and pretty much took out any enjoyment we were having riding. With today's ride I broke 300 miles for the month, which made me really happy.

Friday Night Ride

Man was it windy tonight! I had to get out and get a ride in though, so I suffered with it. Sunny, 53 degree's and gust up to 35mph.

Wednesday Night Ride

I only saw two riders tonight.

Brand new pavement.

Nasty looking clouds.

 Yucky time to ride tonight,cloudy,windy 62 and sprinkles, but I got myself on the bike and rode anyway.

Four miles into the ride,I was soaked in sweat.

I easily saw 50 riders out there today.

Last rest stop of the day.

Today's ride allowed me to reach a few bench marks since I hurt my back a year and a half ago. I logged over 100 miles for the week,I rode six days in a row and today's ride was the longest I've rode in over a year and a half. Let me tell you, today's ride was not easy for me, it had a bit of climbing and by the time I was finished, I felt like I rode a century instead of 48 miles. Now it's time to rest a day or two.

Friday Night Ride

 Today is my 5th day in a row riding and I feel pretty good. Tomorrows ride will be a real test for me. Hopefully the rain will hold out.

Thursday Night Ride

It was a beautiful sunny day today,so I extended my ride a couple of miles. Feeling pretty good on the bike,looking forward to Saturdays hilly ride.
