Tuesday Night Ride
At the start of this ride it was 50 degrees and sunny, it soon became cloudy and the temp must have dropped 5 or more degrees. My legs felt pretty good today which was a nice surprise.

Sunday Afternoon Ride
Even though the temp was only 40, I had to get out and do a ride. I so want the warmer weather to come, but it's taking it's time to get here. My legs felt worse than my last ride,I've come to expect it now. I'll just have to tough it out until I feel better.

Fowl Saturday Ride
It turned out to be a horrible day for a ride,it was windy, cloudy and the temp kept dropping as the day went on.My legs felt like jello so the ride didn't last long, but I did see some turkey's and another ground bird I didn't know.

Thursday Night Ride
I can't think of a better way to spend ST. Patty's Day, than with a bike ride. What's happened to me? I got 14 miles in and felt pretty good. 60 degree's and sunny, made the ride that much better too.

Sunday Ride
I had all intentions of doing at least a 20 mile ride today. My legs didn't agree with that idea, so I cut it off at 11. Oh well, next time.

Livestrong Signs Naming Rights For MLS Sporting Kansas City
KANSAS CITY, Kansas, March 8, 2011 (AFP) – Lance Armstrong’s foundation Livestrong has signed a naming rights deal for the new $200 million stadium of Major League Soccer’s Sporting Kansas City, the club said Tuesday.
The foundation will pay no money for its six-year branding of 18,500-seat Livestrong Sporting Park, which both groups hope will help Armstrong raise money.
Livestrong will receive a portion of all stadium revenue, including ticket sales and concessions for concerts as well as matches, which team president Robb Heineman said could add up to as much as $10 million over six years.
“Professional sports provide a powerful vehicle to affect positive change in the world,” Armstrong said. “Livestrong’s partnership with Sporting Club gives us an innovative opportunity to advance the cancer fight in this region and we are eager to get started.”
“Livestrong Sporting Park is more than just a stadium —it’s the first athletic venue in the world with a social change mission and offers an ideal arena to champion the cancer cause,” said Livestrong president Doug Ulman.

Saturday Afternoon Ride
It was a great day for a ride, mid 50's seemed like summer after all the cold temps we've had. I'm up to a little over 19 miles now and it feels pretty good. The last couple of miles I could feel my lower backside talking to me, but that's ok. That's when I know it's time to finish the ride.

Tuesday After Work Ride
I got another ride in after work today and added 3 miles to my last ride. My back felt good again, now if I can just get my legs to feel stronger.
