Last day of the month to get a ride in and the weather finally cooperated. It was cloudy and 36 degree's but that would do just fine, after all the shitty weather this week. Friday Night Spinclass

The weather still sucked Friday, so I got another spinclass in. Peter was the instructor and he's my favorite right now. He keeps it sane.

We're still getting hammered by rain, now it looks like the weekend will be a rainout.

While the weather still sucks, I decided to get a spinclass in last night. It went a lot better because I had an instructor that wasn't insane.

Bogus Weather This Week

This is the first of a few storms that will be hitting us this week. I won't be getting any outdoor riding in, hopefully I can get a couple of spin classes in.

I made the mistake of wearing one less layer of clothing and paid for it when the sun started to go down. So instead of being cold and not enjoying my ride I cut it short and ended up with 15 miles for the ride.

Tim's Birthday

We all went to the Vineyard Sunday to celebrate Tim's birthday. We all left stuffed to the gills.

John's CT RI Beach Ride

This bridge was finally finished in the Fall, so we no longer had to detour around it.

This was a fantastic ride John came up with. We started the ride at 9:00 and it was already 36 degree's out. We did have to deal with some wind but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. This was our first Metric Century of the year!

It was in the mid 40's when I started this ride after work, so I wanted to get a little longer ride in than usual. There was a pretty stiff wind and of course I hit it at the most inopportune time, while climbing a couple of hills. Oh well, at least it wasn't freezing out.

Spin Class

Shitty weather means Spinclass time for me. I took one last night and had the instructor from hell again. It's amazing how soaked in sweat you can get in one hour.

I got a quick 14 miles in after work today. Snow is coming tomorrow, bummer.

Rehoboth/Norton Ride 31

Wheaton College.

Barbara and Tiffany joined me for the beginning of my ride Sunday. They ended up doing 12 miles and I did 31. The wind really picked up later in the day and my last 10 miles had a head wind, which always sucks.
